Once the project is completed and full payment is received, all rights to the final work transfer to the client. You may use or distribute the material without restriction.

Payment Terms

Work begins only after full payment is received. Any taxes or additional charges under local or international law are the responsibility of the client.

Revisions Policy

Revisions can be requested within 7 days of delivery (or 14 days in some cases).

Revision turnaround times:

• Delivery within 24 hours → revisions in 24 hours
• Delivery within 24–48 hours → revisions in 48 hours
• Longer projects → revisions in 72 hours

Project Guidelines

Requirements are confirmed before work begins. Any changes or adjustments follow the original agreement unless otherwise discussed.

Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund before manuscript submission. After submission, a deduction of $150 or 10% of the total order value (whichever is lower) applies.

No refunds are available more than 90 days after purchase.

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage:

• Before manuscript submission: Full refund
• After submission, before design: Refund minus $150 or 10%, whichever is lower
• After design begins, before final approval: 50% refund
• After final approval: No refund
